What’s Included
Module 1: The Foundation (S.A.F.E.T.Y.™)
Your team is running on "threat mode." This module installs the foundational S.A.F.E.T.Y.™ framework, moving your team from a state of fear and uncertainty to one of high trust and candor. It's the base layer of the entire operating system.
Module 2: The Coaching Playbook (GROW/SLII®)
Your managers are dreading their 1-on-1s. We give them the proven GROW and SLII® playbooks—step-by-step scripts to run conversations that are clear and motivating, not awkward. This module fixes micromanagement and empowers their high-performers.

Module 3: The Talent Engine (CliftonStrengths)
New managers are a bottleneck because they're still stuck in "doer" mode. We use CliftonStrengths to build their "Talent Engine," teaching them how to delegate smarter, not just harder. This frees them up to lead, not just manage tasks.
