My 20-year journey in leadership and organizational development wasn't spent in a theoretical lab. I've been in the trenches of the exact "sink or swim" chaos you're facing right now.

My career was forged in high-volume, high-pressure environments. As a leader for a major global retailer, I partnered with operations to design and manage the onboarding for hundreds of seasonal employees in massive, high-volume fulfillment centers. I know what "rapid scale" actually looks and feels like.

Later, as the head of leadership development for a leading multi-state manufacturer, I led the L&D strategy for over 1,500 employees. I didn't just run workshops; I piloted the company's first-ever Learning Management System (LMS) and was tasked with quantifying the ROI on our learning solutions. This is where I honed my "superpower": coaching and facilitating struggling leaders, transforming their ability to connect with and direct their teams effectively.

From there, I've served as a trusted advisor on enterprise-wide talent management, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness for organizations that include a major national insurance provider.

My approach is simple: I've seen what breaks, and I've built what scales.

Since launching Build Your Bench Coaching, I've had the privilege of partnering as a trusted advisor with senior leaders at some of the world's most recognizable and innovative tech, retail, and CPG brands.

I combine this real-world experience with a formal Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and the industry's most-proven frameworks.
